To use the app, you need the Easy Connect Interface accessory. If you already have the NMEA 2000 Easy Connect Interface you can get going today. If you do not know, turn on your vessels ignition and do a Bluetooth search and see, if you do not have the interface, you can buy one at your local Volvo Penta dealer. Ratings and reviews

Does not work, requires Easy Connect interface type to setup boat but selection screen is blank so you get stuck at setup. This thing has been junk since I bought it, Apple or Android...both stink. So much for the 100's of $'s spent on purchase and installation.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. VP should be ashamed. If it worked reliably it would be so useful. VP spend lots of time saying how good it is, happily take customers money for the hardware then don't give the customer anything. If you ask for technical help they brush you off to the poor dealer who can't really make a marginally working app work.

Two brand new 2022 Volvo D4's. This app won't connect or work at all. It just crashes. I have tried both the Android and Apple versions. Obviously Volvo corporate doesn't care to correct this app based on previous reviews. Frustrating.

What's new

This release solves the login issue related to Norwegian Bokmål and Brazilian Portuguese language users who were not able to log in.

We are aware of a bug related to Journeys and are actively working on resolving it. Until then, please ensure that you open the app after your trip is complete and keep the ignition on until the entire journey finishes buffering. This process may take several minutes.
