Sign Language Video Relay Service (hereinafter referred to as VRS) is a mechanism that provides hearing-impaired people with equal access to social communication software tools for communication. The operation method is that service personnel use the services of social communication software tools to communicate in sign language. , text and voice assist hearing and speech-impaired people and non-hearing-speech-impaired people to communicate about daily life needs such as ordering meals, booking a room, and calling a taxi.

The way this service operates is that the service staff communicates with the hearing-impaired through this APP on the one hand using sign language or text, and on the other hand communicating with the non-hearing-impaired through voice. The process is as follows:
1. Hearing and speech-impaired people use mobile phones, TVs or computer equipment equipped with cameras and high-speed broadband to contact service personnel through the APP. The dialogue between the two parties can be communicated in sign language or text in real time through the APP.
2. The service staff then uses the phone or APP of the sign language interpretation center to make a call to the non-hearing and speech-impaired person that the hearing-impaired person wishes to call.
3. The service staff delivers the conversation content between the hearing-impaired person and the non-hearing-impaired person.
