About this app

CloudPay.vu Staff is the mobile companion app for the CloudPay.vu workforce management and payroll platform — built for employees and team leaders in Vanuatu.

** Important — where it works **
This app is intended for use in Vanuatu only and requires an active CloudPay.vu business account. It cannot be used standalone. Access is enabled by your employer: staff sign in with a Login ID and PIN, and team leaders sign in with their credential.

For staff
- View your clockings for any period — both the raw punches recorded by the clocking machine and your saved/amended timesheet entries.
- See today's status at a glance — your latest punches, whether you're currently clocked in, and the hours worked so far today.
- Track your worked hours per day and your total for the whole period.
- Check your leave balances — annual leave, sick leave and RDO hours (wherever your employer shares them).
- Request leave straight from your phone — annual leave, sick leave or RDO, with a date range and an optional note — and follow each request's status (pending, approved, rejected).
- Optionally stay signed in on your personal device, and read About Us, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from the menu.

For team leaders
- Sign in with your credential and manage clockings for your teams across one or more companies.
- Browse your departments and staff, with an at-a-glance review status for every period.
- Open any staff member's week and adjust their clockings day by day: edit punch times, apply the planned schedule, add missing clockings, insert a lunch break, or restore the original machine punches.
- Classify each day — work, leave, sick leave, half-day leave or RDO — and apply tolerances such as "no early arrival", "no late departure" or "forgive late clock-in".
- Mark days and periods as reviewed, so payroll always runs from confirmed data.
