VYS Klant is the app for users of the VYS TMS system to easily book rides or assignments, manage ongoing bookings, and stay in touch with the carrier.

FEATURES
• Quick login with member or customer number or email address; no password to remember
• Address autocomplete when booking: type an address or location, choose from suggestions
• Assistive device settings for wheelchair, walker, and companion, if applicable
• Upcoming rides and booking history in one place
• Cancel rides yourself as long as they are still "pending" or "confirmed"
• Receive push, email, or WhatsApp notifications; choose which ones, if applicable
• Direct contact details
• View your membership or customer details and linked carrier

FOR WHOM
For members of a carrier that works with VYS Scheduling. You will receive a personal enroll code from your carrier to link the app to your account.

PRIVACY
Your data is stored securely with your carrier. The app does not use tracking and does not share data with third parties.
