This application provides an electronic agricultural irrigation map for the New Valley Governorate to improve modern irrigation techniques for agriculture and water management. This application supports the design of electronic information systems and outlines the appropriate irrigation mechanisms for each crop in terms of water quantity, the best irrigation dates based on monitoring the standard evaporation rate, meteorological data, and optimal irrigation use. This is to address severe climate changes that negatively impact crops and, consequently, the production of young farmers. This application is part of the activities of the Khairat El Wadi 2 project, implemented by the New Horizons for Social Development Foundation (NHASD) with support from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
