Willson is a self-regulation system integrated into daily work. It connects directly to the user’s work calendar (currently Google Calendar) and operates within the real activities of the day, not outside of them. Each morning, the user opens Willson and views their scheduled commitments. As they observe and scroll through the items in their agenda, biometric measurement is automatically activated via a smart ring or, alternatively, through the smartphone’s front camera. Willson does not measure “generic stress.” It detects the level of physiological activation in direct relation to work-related stimuli. If activation exceeds 25% of the personal baseline collected at the time of app activation, an interactive bot is triggered. The bot guides the user through brief regulation and cognitive restructuring steps aimed at bringing the physiological level back toward balance. When sympathetic nervous system activation stabilizes or returns within personal parameters, Willson disengages and the user returns to work, having identified actions to feel more confident through the dialogue with the bot.
What Willson Actually Does
1. Integrates with the work calendar.
2. Measures activation while the user engages with real tasks.
3. Intervenes only in case of significant deviation from the baseline (25%).
4. Activates a guided regulation pathway.
5. Tracks recurring activation patterns over time.
Output
For the individual:
• Daily activation indicator relative to baseline.
• Identification of work domains generating greater pressure.
• Monitoring of recovery capacity over time.
For the organization (in aggregated and anonymized form):
• Mapping of structural pressure areas.
• Evidence of recurring activation patterns.
• Support for training needs analysis and managerial development.
