At The Races has a great website with many useful & interesting features, but the ATR player is sadly absolutely dreadful, both on this app and on browser. For a subscription costing more than Netflix it needs constant refreshing, cuts out suddenly and often just doesn't work at all. It's certainly not a connection issue, as I don't have these problems with other apps. Very poor value.

When are ATR going to sort this app out? You can't watch race replays because the video freezes after a few seconds without sound. I've had this problem for 3 years and it's still not fixed. The only solution is to go to the desktop version where everything plays fine so why isn't the app the same? Even the live streams that used to play fine now freeze too 😡 SORT IT OUT PLEASE SO ANDROID USERS CAN WATCH VIDEOS!!!

Update 25th April 2024 I was notified that the app requires an UPDATE: so I updated and now I've been logged out and every time I try to login the app crashes. I can't access my tracked horses or even track a horse because there is no option anymore for that purpose. - no surprise to say what I said in my previous review It's still not working. BUST.
