I usually don't leave reviews but now I feel I have to.. bought the watch for my son and it works just fine. The problem I have with is the app.. can't log in for over a week now because of some "error" saying "try again later". All those numbers I put in for him to call if anything happens including my husband and I disappeared from his contacts cuz I can't even log in to my account.

App is useless, often doesn't work so my child can't call me and I can't call him; location is completely inaccurate even with extremely good signal. Very disappointed Mum and child and grandparents that bought the watch for him. This watch was bought to ensure my child's safety and we can't rely on it at all!

horrible app. location tracking doesn't work. my kids just sent me pictures and messages and the app won't load anything "encountered some problems, try again later" now I cant even sign in to use the garbage app.
