I usually don't leave reviews but now I feel I have to.. bought the watch for my son and it works just fine. The problem I have with is the app.. can't log in for over a week now because of some "error" saying "try again later". All those numbers I put in for him to call if anything happens including my husband and I disappeared from his contacts cuz I can't even log in to my account.

App not recognizing IMEI from watch just purchased. unable to use app since we can't bind to the watch. no support contact listed anywhere (Amazon, Google Play, the Internet), so no way of getting help. this device is useless without the parental control app working as we can't add contacts directly on the device.

Best ever kids watch I have ever seen. Extremely user friendly app, extremely nice watch interface, best customer service support and after sales service. works like a charm !! App is highly recommend
