I was really hoping this would be a great purchase, but it feels like I wasted my money! The watch itself is great and works perfectly. Texting/video chats/camera works. The main reason for buying this was so I could see her location! Every time I check, it takes forever to load and isn't even accurate most of the time. If my child were to get kidnapped, I wouldn't know! The app buttons are confusing & I've accidentally called her because the call button looks like the tracker! please fix this!

I initially left a 1 star review. I was very frustrated because I could not get the watch to bind and have never had to do that with the other 3 brands I have set up. However I sent them a message and about 24 hours later the responded and got it reset and I was able to get it linked to the app. I still think its dumb that I need to do it in the first place but glad they responded quickly.

I usually don't leave reviews but now I feel I have to.. bought the watch for my son and it works just fine. The problem I have with is the app.. can't log in for over a week now because of some "error" saying "try again later". All those numbers I put in for him to call if anything happens including my husband and I disappeared from his contacts cuz I can't even log in to my account.
