I usually don't leave reviews but now I feel I have to.. bought the watch for my son and it works just fine. The problem I have with is the app.. can't log in for over a week now because of some "error" saying "try again later". All those numbers I put in for him to call if anything happens including my husband and I disappeared from his contacts cuz I can't even log in to my account.

update: devs fixed issues quite quickly. thanks for not ignoring requests. __________ old message: there are a bunch of issues: - kid records a voice message and sends it, I don't receive it on the phone. but the kid receives the message I send her. the restart of watch helps for a while - after restarting the watch, the volume of the voice messages is low, impossible to hear the recording. helps: going to settings and clicking volume/sound button even without changing the volume rate...

The app does not connet with the watch. I went through the "binding" process yet the divice says it's not binded. the watch receives calls and make them so it does have service. Without connection to the app you can not use app kids feature such as tracking and app chat.
