This review concerns the app and service. I've not been able to log into app as I don't get the OTP at all. I've requested the customer service multiple times to use email id for OTP, but they're not done it since last 4 months I've been using their service. I was helped with login once, since then I've sent email multiple times and talked with customer service who told that I'll be helped in 30 minutes which never happened. My maintenance is due too, which got ignored even after having a slot.

Have been using the app for about a month now and already liking it very much. We use to struggle with ordering the water cans and had to change multiple vendors because of cleanliness of the cans. Also didn't wanted to invest a lumpsump amount for water filter installation. DrinkPrime made it very easy from installation to maintainance. Also using the app is pretty straight forward.

It has been wonderful experience. They installed the device on booking day itself and that too was a Sunday. TECHNICIAN was polite and explained everything. I had used Livepure earlier and had a very horrible experience with them so I was sceptical about renting again but Drink Prime was a very good experience. Hope they continue operating in the same way.
