I've been using Smart Receipts for over 10 years, and it just keeps getting better. However, during the software update RELEASE 5.0.2 (5038) in October 2024, I encountered an issue where all my receipts disappeared. Concerned, I promptly emailed the support team. To my relief, they responded swiftly with clear instructions on restoring my data. Within 24 hours, thanks to their efficient assistance, my data was restored. This experience highlights the value of exceptional customer service!

Latest update is an absolute disaster in layout, ease of use, function. Updating a receipt doesn't actually updated it. The scroll date is a pain. Everything just sucks now. *Somehow the update to the update where they supposedly fixed things is even worse. You can't select a date for a receipt, it defaults to whatever your start date was. No way to fix it. You can't rearrange receipts at all. You have to delete 0.0 before entering a price. Doesn't capitalize the first letter of any words.

I tried a couple other apps before this one and I like it the best. The paid version works well for me and makes expense reports easy. My boss actually asked me for the name of the app so he could get the sales reps to use it too. I have also switched phones a few times and I love having the ability to back up to Google drive then just load it on my new phone. There was recently a big update and I love the redesign! Thanx!!
