About this app

Weatec Flag Shield for phones is designed to be a "zero configuration" filter for phones for Weatec users. The filtering policies put in place by this filter are according to Weatec guidelines for phone usage and will help to reduce the number of flags. To install Weatec Flag Shield on your phone, simply download and open this app, confirm the prompts and you're done. It's that simple.

Weatec Flag Shield does not prevent unacceptable apps from working. Please review the Weatec App Usage guidelines for acceptable app usage.

PLEASE NOTE! If you have filtering enabled in EverAccountable, you will need to first disable that in order for this filter to work.

Weatec Flag Shield can be easily turned off and is designed for responsible users who wants a filter for their phone. For a more secure solution that cannot be disabled or bypassed and will provide app control, consider enrolling your device in the Phones4Work MDM.

This filter uses the VPN service and cannot be used in conjunction with a corporate VPN without first turning this filter off.

Ratings and reviews

When filter is active, the phone constantly loses connection. Turn airplane mode on and off and then it's good for a few minutes. Also some Weatec acceptable apps won't connect to their server when filter is active

This app works great for blocking ADS and preventing flags.
