Response: You chose to hide everything including payouts for the little game section you had ads for. I don't even know what the payouts are before handing over all of my info. I already have a crypto account with a wallet. You don't need all that personal information just for rewards. - Original - Soft credit check? Pass. *AND* you want a copy of my photo ID on top of that before I can even see what the payouts are like? No thank you. Literally just begging for identity theft at that point.

I want the network to be accessible to me 24/7 like a bank. Newton has been plagued with so many issues: - logging in takes forever because of site is not safe errors. I can't use the app anymore because of them, so I have to use the website. - I cannot verify my ID because of network issues. - the network is often down when I needed it most. - there is very frequent maintenance time where you cannot perform transactions. How would I trust putting more money in?

I've adjusted my rating a bit but I'm still really annoyed. My original issue ended up being resolved, however, about a week later, I get the same "withdrawals temporarily suspended...protection against phishing." I verified my identity and have emailed through my support ticket email multiple times but it takes support staff FOREVER to message back. Like I'm talking days at a time. Yes, I know y'all are going to fix this but it would be nice if it doesn't take half a year
