brilliant multi-currency service. While most classic hk banks support that, it's precious for virtual banks. Many other virtual hk banks force-convert your non-HKD payments (even if there is bal in specific crcy), i.e. USD->HKD->USD, causing exchange-loss. Pity that while WL card is convenient for online payments, their contactless support is currently for AppleP users only. Looking fwd to GPay support.

The WeLab Bank app is impressively fast and responsive. The seamless interface makes managing finances effortless, providing a smooth, lag-free experience. It’s easily one of the most efficient banking apps available!

I'm an existing customer, soon to lose my business due to inefficiency of the app. After changing my phone I had to log in and have my account validated, which is fair. I logged in, it sent me an OTP, then it requests to scan my ID, however, after numerous times, after selecting scan ID, the app closes and won't proceed onto the next step. After calling customer service, I was told I won't be able to use the app for certain phones so won't be able to validate, even physically by appointment.
