親愛的顧客您好，每日小遊戲活動所取得之點數、贈品及折價券，為公司行銷活動所獲得的免費贈品，會因公司行銷單位活動規劃進行調整。目前小遊戲點數效期依活動單位規劃，並於小遊戲畫面處告知本次贈送點數效期，且會於您的APP點數查詢處顯示最近一批點數到期日及數量。購物消費所贈送的點數，為該年度消費所獲得之點數，使用至該年度12月底，並未做更動，謝謝您。

親愛的顧客您好，因目前APP整體版本調整，部分功能、路徑或內容有略做調整。若您想兌換點數贈品，可於APP主畫面，點擊???點 點數處或右上角會員條碼內"點數查詢"→進入點數查詢畫面後，上方有個"立即使用點數"，點擊進入即可確認並兌換。若您想兌換已獲得之折價券(點數兌換、小遊戲取得...等)，可於APP主畫面，點擊??張 折價券或右上角會員條碼內"折價券"→可確認您所獲得之折價券(含線上)，點選More按鈕進入，即可確認或兌換。希望能協助解決您使用中友APP時所遇到的問題，謝謝。
