About this game

Explore chemistry through four games that turn scientific concepts into problems you can solve.

Play on your own with immediate feedback, or invite a friend to a private two-player match. Take your time, use the reference tools, and learn why an answer works.

FOUR WAYS TO PLAY

• Element Detectives: Identify an element from scientific clues, then choose the evidence that supports your answer.

• Periodic Paths: Connect elements using relationships such as groups, periods, and atomic numbers. Build a route and explain each connection.

• Bond Builders: Combine ions, balance charges, and work out chemical formulas. Spot mistakes and repair them.

• Reaction Lab: Balance chemical equations and explain how your coefficients conserve atoms.

START WITH THE BASICS

You don’t need to know the periodic table by heart. Built-in guides, worked examples, reference facts, and hints help you understand the concepts while you play.

Choose from four challenge levels: Explore, Investigate, Analyze, and Stretch.

PRACTICE AND IMPROVE

Solo practice provides feedback on your answers and reasoning. Retry a problem, review an explanation, or revisit concepts you missed. Your discovery journal and element collection help you keep track of what you’ve learned.

PLAY WITH A FRIEND

Create a private match and share an invitation. Play asynchronously, without needing to be online together. Each player answers independently before the round’s results are revealed.

Elemently has no timers, so you can focus on understanding the science. An internet connection is required.
