The service is convenient, managing a plan with just an app, but I've had to cancel service when it would take support several days to respond to an issue. The concept is great, but so much room for improvement.

I never leave reviews, but this one is well-deserved. WingTel has been a complete nightmare. Their service is terrible—dropped calls, weak signal, and data that barely works half the time. What’s worse is that you can’t even get through to customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, waited forever, and still no one answers. Emails? Ignored. It’s like this company doesn’t actually exist when you need help. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other carrier! HORRIBLE
