App shuts down when checking out an order. when I reopen the app it asks me if I want to continue with the order. The problem is the first order had already went through. I got charged for 2 orders. Called the Wingstop and told them what happened. they were no help. They didn't make the 2nd order, but didn't know how to get my money back. Left a message for a manager but never heard back. I'm still out money for the 2nd order of wings I never got. no way to contact anyone. Wings are good though

Usually not bad, but there was a deal that popped up for the week that isn't available at any location near me, acting like I'm making some weird request with the order and can't go through. It won't specify what the issue is so I'm just stuck no matter what I try.

Have ordered multiple times without issue, until last week. Tried to place order, used a reward for a free chicken sandwich, credit card would not process (tried 3 different ones). Even though order did not go through, they still deducted my reward points. I emailed through wing snobs contact form a week ago and it's been radio silent.
