Everything in this app is broken. I got an email saying I needed to update my details urgently since I hadn't done so after multiple notifications - never got any other notification. Updating my details can only be done in the app, not on the website, and the app fails at every step of the way, so now I just can't access my bank. Embarrassing.

Weird authentication system. No virtual cards. No chat with the tech support, only calls. Many bank apps have all this. Pretty unstable, not the app itself but the bank services. Almost every day something doesn't work. Once I needed to get my card details and the app just showed me an error message for the whole day. "Your request cannot be completed".

Excellent. The experience has been top-notch from the start 🤟, fast, efficient, and very easy to use. The app interface is clean and intuitive, making everyday banking simple even if you’re not very tech-savvy. What really stands out is the speed. Transactions, account setup, and support responses are all incredibly quick compared to other banks in Portugal. Everything just works without unnecessary delays or complications. Strongly Recommended.
