Ratings and reviews

Everything in this app is broken. I got an email saying I needed to update my details urgently since I hadn't done so after multiple notifications - never got any other notification. Updating my details can only be done in the app, not on the website, and the app fails at every step of the way, so now I just can't access my bank. Embarrassing.

The UI looks alright, but it's not really usable because of a system pop-up saying "this app is not responding", appearing every few seconds (this is not an exaggeration). In reality, it's not freezing or anything; if I dismiss the pop-up (every few seconds), I can still perform all operations. Sony Xperia 10 V if that helps. I have the same problem with one other app only (government-issued).

Technical issues are common. One very big issue for me, for example, is that they do not allow you to make payments towards your credit card account for TWO WORKING DAYS before the end of the month, even though, legally, you must always be able to manage your account. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Plus there's no option to access/see your savings account on the main page with your other accounts. Other than that, the app is pretty good.
