About this app
AISB is a field operations management system for facilities. It is used by employees of the company that subscribed to the system: workers, supervisors, HR personnel, and accountants.
The application is for enterprise use only. There is no self-registration; accounts are created by the employer. If you do not have an account, please contact your management.
The interface is entirely in Arabic, from right to left.
■ Daily Team Attendance: The supervisor opens a single screen: a photo of themselves, a photo of the team, and then "Present" or "Absent" for each worker. The photo includes the date, time, and location, serving as proof of attendance. Absences are reported to HR for review.
■ My Personal Space
Everything related to the employee in one place:

■ Custody and Delivery
Delivery of equipment and devices to the employee, permanent or temporary, with a receipt signed by the device or a link sent to the employee, and a record of return and clearance.
■ Maintenance Orders
Opening an order for a vehicle or piece of equipment, issuing spare parts from the warehouse, recording working hours, and closing the order with its cost.
■ Daily Production and Expenses
Recording the work performed at the site with a photo showing the coordinates, and recording an expenditure from the custody with a photo of the invoice.
■ Notifications
You will receive a notification when the payroll is ready, a decision is issued on a vacation or advance request, or an inquiry is pending your response. The notification does not contain your details; these details appear within the application after you log in.
■ App Lock
You can enable fingerprint or passcode locking for your device, preventing the app from opening if someone else gets hold of it.
■ App Requirements
- Internet connection.
- Camera: To capture photos for preparation, locations, and invoices. Your photo album will not be accessed.
- Location: Read only when the photo is taken and printed as proof of location. Your location is not read in the background.
- Notifications: To receive decisions regarding your requests.
■ Privacy
Your employer controls your data, and we operate the system on their behalf. We do not use or sell your data for advertising, and there is no ad tracking within the app. An in-app button allows you to request account deletion, which is sent to Human Resources.
