Sumai Port Management is a condominium management console app for condominium management associations, management companies, and building managers.

It allows for smart management of shared resources within a condominium building on a building-by-building basis, including visitor parking, common facilities, shared equipment, resident invitations, announcements, emergency contacts, and audit logs.

■ Main Features
【Visitor Parking Reservation Management】
It allows for centralized management of visitor parking availability, reservations, cancellations, and usage completion. Reservations received by phone or at the counter can be entered by the management side, supporting fair operation while maintaining a reservation and usage history.

【Resident/Manager Invitation】
Invitation QR codes or invitation codes can be issued for each unit, guiding residents to start using the browser. Residents can start using the service via QR code without downloading an app or creating an account. Multiple managers, such as management company representatives, board members, and building managers, can be invited to the same property's management screen.

【Facility/Shared Equipment Management】
Shared resources for each property, such as meeting rooms, guest rooms, trolleys, and step ladders, can be registered. Facility reservations and equipment rental status can be checked on screen, and the system also supports operation using QR codes.

[Sharing Announcements and Emergency Contact Information]
Important announcements, emergency contact information, garbage collection information, and reference links can be posted for residents. Read status can be checked, making it useful for ensuring thorough dissemination of information before general meetings or important announcements.

[Audit Log and Operation History]
Operation history such as reservations, cancellations, usage completion, invitation code issuance, and setting changes is recorded. This can be used for explanatory materials at board meetings and general meetings, and for checking daily operational status.

■ Suitable for the following types of properties:
・Visitor parking is managed using paper, telephone, and spreadsheet software.
・There are concerns about resident notification through bulletin boards and flyer distribution alone.
・For properties with around 50-150 units, a large-scale management system is not cost-effective.
・The board of directors, management company, and building manager share daily operational tasks.

To use the functions of this application, registration for an automatic renewal subscription (regular purchase) of "Sumai Port Management" is required.

* Monthly Plan: ¥8,000 / building / month (First month free)
* Annual Plan: ¥80,000 / building / year (First month free - 2 months free)

[About Automatic Renewal]
* Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
* Subscriptions will automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Renewal fees will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" in the Google Play Store app menu.
