Ratings and reviews

Great application for my workplace - very simple and has not enshittified unlike many others. Unfortunately, their support is not very active and it's really hard to reach them, which makes me sad as otherwise they'd basically be perfect. Another thing is that they don't have good documentation in text, a lot of things you can only learn via videos that also lack some info.

Flaky, but Promising. App crashes a lot. Opening a project or a task may cause it to crash. No timeline from developer about when they'll fix what, and no apparent way to submit tickets.

Good enough with some bugs, sending file in a comment not working properly and downloading files giving internal server error.
