About this app

Jobs Tracker is the field app for building and electrical crews. It shows each worker only what they need: the jobs they are on today, what happens next, and the paperwork that has to come back with them.

WHAT WORKERS DO WITH IT

• See today's jobs, and the days ahead on a separate tab
• Tap in and out on site, with location recorded so the office can confirm attendance for the timesheet
• Take arrival, progress and sign-off photos, attached straight to the job
• Read the RAMS and sign them off before work starts
• Log materials used and raise variations for extra works
• Send and receive messages about a job with the office
• Get directions to site, then hand off to Google Maps or Waze
• Fill in and submit the weekly timesheet
• Read site notices the office has attached to a job — access arrangements, permit conditions, anything that needs saying before work begins

BUILT FOR SITE, NOT FOR AN OFFICE DESK

Large touch targets that work in gloves. Jobs the worker is not scheduled on are read-only, so yesterday's job cannot quietly collect today's paperwork. A job cannot be started before the day it is scheduled for. Timesheets will not submit half-finished.

YOUR COMPANY'S BRANDING

Each company's own logo and colours appear throughout the app, so it looks like their tool rather than ours.

WHO IT IS FOR

Jobs Tracker is used by building, electrical, mechanical and renewables contractors. You need an account created by your employer — this app is for existing Jobs Tracker customers and their field staff. It is not a personal time-tracking app.

Office staff plan work, quote, approve timesheets and run reports in the Jobs Tracker web app at jobstracker.work. This app is the field half.
