About this app

1mail is business email on your organization's domain, such as [e-mail]. It's as easy to use as Gmail, on both mobile and web, with a built-in calendar for meetings.

Email
• An easy-to-read inbox with quick search, starring, color-labeling, and archiving.
• Attach files, open attachments, and copy text from emails.
• Instant notifications of new emails.
• Switch between multiple accounts in one app, including team shared inboxes like sales@ or support@.

Calendar
• View appointments by schedule, day, and month. Switch between email and calendar from the bottom bar.
• Create appointments, re-schedule, and set reminders.
• Invite participants and view teammates' availability before a meeting.
• Accept “Go/Maybe/Can't” invitations directly from emails.

Secure by default
• Always connect with TLS encryption.
• Built-in spam and phishing filter.
• Data belongs to your organization. We do not read, sell, or use email content for advertising.

This app is for users who already have an organizational 1mail account. Organization administrators can create accounts for employees at 1mail.work.
