About this app

TeamOS is the staff app for companies that run their team on TeamOS. Clock in, request leave, check your payslips and keep track of your workday, all from your phone, without chasing HR or waiting for a manager to reply on WhatsApp.

TeamOS is a workplace app. To sign in, your employer must use TeamOS and invite you. If you have received an invitation by email, download the app and sign in with the same details.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
• Clock in at the office or remotely, in one tap
• Your clock-in is checked against your office location, so your attendance is recorded correctly the first time
• No signal? Clock in anyway. TeamOS saves it and syncs when you are back online
• See your full attendance history, including late arrivals and any corrections your admin has made

LEAVE
• Request leave in a few taps and follow its status
• Cancel a request if your plans change
• Check your balance for every leave type your company offers
• See your upcoming leave at a glance

YOUR WORKDAY
• Set your commitments for the day or week and mark them done
• Complete your end-of-day check-in before the deadline
• Get a reminder before a check-in is due

YOUR PERFORMANCE
• See your own performance score and the numbers behind it: attendance, delivery and your KPIs
• Follow your trend over time, so there are no surprises at review time
• Read the notes your manager shares with you, where your company has turned this on

PAYSLIPS
• Open every payslip as soon as payroll is approved
• See each line itemised: earnings, allowances, deductions and tax
• Your bank details are never shown in full

YOUR RECORD AND NOTIFICATIONS
• View your own employee record: job title, department, office, manager and start date
• Get notified when something needs your attention, such as a leave decision or a check-in that is due

PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK
TeamOS is not a tracking app.
• Your location is read only at the moment you clock in or clock out. Never during the day, and never in the background
• You can see every location record stored about you
• Location records are deleted automatically after the period your company sets
• A clear screen explains what is collected before anything is collected
• Your account is linked to one phone. Moving to a new phone needs your admin's approval, which protects your account and your attendance record

WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR COMPANY
Your employer decides which features are switched on, such as leave, commitments, performance or payslips. If a screen you expect is missing, ask your HR team or admin.
