Moving away from traditional paper notebooks or complex Excel spreadsheets, it helps site managers and educators perfectly complete tasks—from calculating team members' daily wages and checking personnel deployment status by site to settling net pay with tax deductions—with just a few touches on their smartphone screens.

Local Data Persistence: It uses LocalStorage—the smartphone's safe zone—as a database without the need for a separate, costly external database server. It operates 100% normally without data loss, even in remote field locations where network connectivity is completely cut off.

Excel File Control Library: By embedding the xlsx.full.min.js open-source library for external file export and restoration, it demonstrates integration capabilities that allow for the instant creation and analysis of spreadsheet files in a mobile environment.

2. Analysis of the Functions of the 4 Core UI Tabs

① Home Tab (Comprehensive Dashboard and Settlement Summary)

The Home screen is the administrator's main dashboard, summarizing and displaying all economic figures and input statistics generated this month at a glance. Total Team Settlement: The total accumulated man-hours (or hours) for this month (or the set cycle) and the estimated net pay based on tax rates are aggregated in real-time and displayed in large font.

Real-time Pre-tax/Post-tax Conversion: Pre-tax and net pay amounts are dynamically displayed separately based on the set tax type (e.g., 3.3% withholding tax), making budget planning easier.

List of Salaries by Team Member: Filters only the team members with work history for this month, presenting their net pay and total man-hours in an easy-to-read format.

Today's Field Fortune: An emotional utility card that displays different safety guide messages and luck indices every day to boost safety awareness before starting field work.

② Man-hours/Calendar Tab (Main Job Input Window and Excel Output)

The calendar screen is the most critical control area of ​​this app, allowing you to manage schedules and man-hours through a visual calendar format.

Cumulative Badges by Date: Summary badges, such as "+1.5 man-hours" or "3 personnel assigned," are displayed in each date column of the calendar, allowing you to instantly recognize how many personnel were assigned on a specific date.

Calendar Left/Right Swipe Operation: Designed for mobile gesture environments, lightly swiping your finger across the calendar area moves the calendar to the previous month (right swipe) and next month (left swipe) with smooth animations.

Download and Send Excel File: You can extract the detailed settlement report for the corresponding month as an .xls file and immediately send it to clients or team members via KakaoTalk or text message using the built-in mobile transmission API.

③ Administrator Tab (Manage Manpower Pool and Site List)

This is a back-office management area for managing the foundational master data before entering man-hours.

Team Member Human Resources Database: Register team members' names and daily wages (basic rates). Daily wages are separated by commas in thousands for easy identification. Site (Project) Master Data: Registers the names of multiple sites where personnel are dispatched individually and databases them so they can be selected later using a chip button.

User Custom Settlement Cycle: In addition to settlements based on the 1st to the last day of each month, you can set the aggregation cycle to **'a specific day of the previous month (e.g., the 21st) ~ a specific day of the current month (e.g., the 20th)'** to reflect different payroll calculation periods for each site, allowing you to reorder all man-hours and payroll statistics on the screen according to that cycle. Safe Reset: This is a permanent deletion function used when you want to cleanly erase all accumulated data and settings to manage your sites anew.
