Poor login admin, video and access. Resorted to external calls every time. App locks even if you password recover so when it comes to a consultation, you cannot use the app.. locks asking for admin to unlock or leave for an unspecified period of time and no surprise no way of contacting admin. Doesn't work using biometrics either. Counsellors/coaches ought to use another app (zoom etc) and stop pushing people to this app. Loses valuable help time for people who need it.

There is nothing worse than a Dead On Arrival app. This one fits the bill. Could not even create an account. Even after entering all details, it was telling me some info is missing without telling what exactly was missing. Two days later when I tried to sign up, it says phone number already exists. This app is used in counselling. Good luck to people who call in with suicidal thoughts.

awful. calls do not connect through the app. I really needed some counselling but missing 2 appointments due to this rubbish app has actually caused me more stress!!
