Create collections of English, Spanish, German, French and Swedish vocabulary from any piece of text you'd like. Be it news articles, song lyrics, ebooks or short stories. Vocabuo will extract the words in their basic forms, taking conjugations and prefixes into account, and prepares them for practice.

Practice with flashcards by simply swiping left or right. Cycle though unlimited amount of sentences to get the best feeling for the word. Obtain more information about the word's meaning, origin and related words by clicking the explanation button! Hear the proper pronunciation of each sentence, immediately after revealing the answer.

Add more vocabulary from videos or by reading your favorite websites.

I'm not sure how this seemingly little known vocab app is so much better than all the big name options, but it is. The interface is intuitive, the spaced repetition is well implemented, and (most importantly) the app doesn't insist on gamifying everything. Its built in interface with Wiktionary is especially helpful, too. I will gladly continue to pay for premium.

Edit: This is clearly the best AI flashcard app except for ONE BIG problem. It's not possible to make phrase cards or sentence cards. After that is fixed, everything else that gets added is just a bonus

A great app for vocabulary I love how the vocabulary is set into sentences it helps understand how it's used. Loving it so far. Response to issues is also quick so that's to the team for that!!

Small but mighty update: 💪📕 Reworked the "dictionary" button on a card. Now you can choose from other online dictionaries in addition to Wiktionary.
