About this app

SportSync Team is the app for teams on the road.

Your team's travel office puts the weekend together in SportSync. You see your part of it, on your phone, without asking anybody.

WHAT YOU GET

Your itinerary for the weekend, in order. Flights, transfers, the hotel, and what time you are expected where.

Your room. Which hotel, which room, and who you are sharing with if you are sharing.

Your travel documents. Boarding passes, booking references and confirmations, kept together instead of scattered across email.

Your papers, and what is still missing. Passport, visas and licences, with a plain list of anything your team is still waiting on from you. You can photograph a document and send it straight in.

Expenses. Photograph a receipt at the circuit and submit it before you have left the paddock. See what has been approved and what has been paid.

Your team's group chat, so a change of plan reaches everybody at once.

It works without signal. Open the app on a plane or in a paddock with no reception and the weekend you last looked at is still there.

If you look after more than one driver, one app covers all of them. Switch between the drivers you represent without signing out.

HOW YOU GET AN ACCOUNT

Your team invites you. SportSync is bought by race teams for their crew, so there is nothing to buy in this app and no free trial to start. If your team does not use SportSync yet, ask your team manager, or get in touch with us at sportsync.world.
