About this app

Vicinity World is your digital neighborhood — a place where real people nearby help each other with everyday life.

FIND HELP CLOSE TO HOME • Discover services offered by neighbors: rides and carpools, home repairs, tutoring, pet care, errands, and more • See providers on a live map, filtered to your area • ⚡ Instant booking: when a provider is live nearby, request them on the spot and track their arrival in real time

HELP WHERE YOU NEED IT • Search any neighborhood — find trusted help near home, near work, or near the people you care about far away (a check-in for your parents across the country, help at a place you're traveling to) • Along-your-route carpooling: offer or find rides on trips someone is already making

OFFER YOUR SKILLS • List a service in minutes and set your own prices and availability • Get paid securely by card or bank transfer — consumers pay nothing to use the app, and new providers start with a 90-day free trial of the platform

BUILT FOR TRUST • Verified providers, ratings, and reviews • You control who sees you: neighborhood-level visibility rules, per-person blocking, and privacy-first live sharing that you start and stop • Payments are protected — money is only captured after a service completes

A REAL NEIGHBORHOOD FEELING • A local feed of posts, tips, and neighborhood happenings • Join your neighborhood: real map-drawn communities with member-only posts — ask to join and a neighbor admin welcomes you in • Message neighbors, share live locations during rides you choose to share, and build the kind of connections that make a place feel like home

Vicinity World — Connect Locally, Impact Globally.
