The app streamlines job management, allowing users to view all job details, including job documents, access notes, stock picks, and other critical information. Employees and contractors can seamlessly complete and upload RAMS forms with GPS tracking, signatures, and even a signing selfie. The app further simplifies on-site operations by enabling users to book on and off-site with GPS verification, complete Dynamic Risk Assessments (DRAs) with photo and video documentation, and submit post-work forms, capturing necessary images and videos for quality assurance.

XMP also enhances communication with a built-in job chat, enabling real-time collaboration between field staff, team leaders, and other assigned users. Push notifications ensure that field users never miss important updates, whether they relate to timesheets, job chat messages, or critical job-related alerts.
