In this game, you have to find the secret word. You have unlimited guesses.

The words were sorted by an artificial intelligence algorithm according to how similar they were to the secret word.

After submitting a word, you will see its position. The secret word is number 1.

The algorithm analyzed thousands of texts. It uses the context in which words are used to calculate the similarity between them.

Ratings and reviews

Addictive game. Good for playing when travelling. One request I have is that when a word is already guessed that the feedback text shows the position of where that word is. E.g. "Elephant (2169) was already guessed". And maybe have some indication of the colour too (pink/orange/green).

The actual guessing aspect had me frustrated. The words don't flow smoothly, one would not guess 'Galahad' after 'book' while 'read' has no relevance. It used to be more fun but I feel like it ran out of good guesses and tactics. Plus constant ad's, I understand the need to fund your game but it's ridiculous now.

Not sure what the learning algorithm is that governs the game, but "Closest Words" is a list of words no reasonable person would put in that order. My partner deleted the game after yesterday's puzzle; I'm now deleting it after today's puzzle. Guessing the word is a crapshoot, not a sequence of reasonable guesses based on the game's response.
