My review is 1 for now because I receive wrong item. I order Xiaomi Air Purifier but they deliver filter only without the unit. My advice to customers is open the parcel before receiving the goods. I already raise the complaint once resolve I will change my rating. Mostly I order online but this is my first experience to receive wrong item delivery. May I ask if there is anyone have an experienced in this online flatform so that anyone will be aware to buy in this online selling flatform.

I am trying to get the OTP for sign in but after many tries I didn't get the OTP.

Amazing items, authentic and sizes are almost accurate. Sometimes pricey, but worth it and if they're on sale, it would be a great buy. If you are in hurry though to receive your orders, better pay in cash as delivery is faster than paying using card because it's taking time for the processing. However, all in all it's a great app, with responsive team, be it via email or hotline
