Ordered a TV online, only to receive a call after a while informing me that the product had gone out of stock. Don't know why you guys can't update the same on your app and refrain from misleading customers. Placed another order soon after and have been relentlessly trying to call you to confirm if the product is actually available, but it's taking forever to connect to an agent. The wait has been more than 30mins each time. Super upset!!

Amazing items, authentic and sizes are almost accurate. Sometimes pricey, but worth it and if they're on sale, it would be a great buy. If you are in hurry though to receive your orders, better pay in cash as delivery is faster than paying using card because it's taking time for the processing. However, all in all it's a great app, with responsive team, be it via email or hotline

My 1st purchase, received my item after uncertain waiting. Updating my rating to satisfactory but Im worried if something goes wrong with the item after wards. Where the warranty claim will redirect, Ive inquired the email but it return back with an error report of email add doesn't existed, also the phone number is unmanned, not to mention the posted address doesn't matched with the google map pinned location. Need improvement or fix the raised issue, then Ill come back to shop again.
