I had one of these several years ago and it wasn't perfect but worked fairly well. It looked like these were getting hard to purchase recently, so I found 2 on ebay and bought them so I'd have a backup. Well, either the collar hardware's Bluetooth is too old, or they won't update the app, but regardless neither collar will connect to the app anymore. That's the entire reason I went with this collar - so I could set up the progressive correction in the app. Waste of money.

The app doesn't do anything once paired by Bluetooth. I can see the device in pairing mode. It seems like the app crashes once paired. The screen has a spinning blue circle that never stops. You can never get to the set up screen, there for it is useless. Phone number just goes to voicemail. The company website doesn't list the device. It only has 3 products. Remote controls for TVs. UPDATE: I am upgrading to 3 stars from 1. I was contacted by a service tech who helped me get the app working. I did not contact service. So I'm impressed with the service. While that helped for a while, it isn't reliable to reconnect once the collar goes out of range, and comes back in range. I also found that the wrong collar was sent to me. The one they sent is a cheaper model, so it will still go back. The concept of the collar is great but it still has teething problems.

Good product. Very well put together. It has, however, sporadic tony glitches, like getting disconnected at times (at range of 10-15ft) but nothing else. The other thing is more of a "wishlist" that if it has more than one collar, it could have an extra setting to handle them together (group them when more than one collar) so that it can multi train. Other than that, pretty good service and app.
