About this app

The new Benefit Plus app is the most convenient way to keep your benefits with you. Log in with your username and password or touchID and order benefits directly from your mobile phone. You can also remain permanently logged in with the login remember function.

The new Benefit Plus mobile application also brings:

• Brand new design.
• Benefit Plus payment card preview including barcode with the option to block it in case of loss.
• View current leisure and electronic meal vouchers.
• View order history, including previews of issued vouchers.
• View all contractual partners, including restaurants, on a clear map.
• Every month a new portion of tips that we manually pick for you.

I thought that updating the app was a good idea... Don't do it, access denied.. I changed the password in the web application and now I cannot login in the Mobile App. Also, the app has not all the options available on the web site. I don't see much sense for an app that is only to check my funds. *** Updating my rating, because I got really customer support really fast. Still, it would be great to add more functionalities, and avoid logging in the website (which is not so nice and lags a lot).

This app is an absolute disaster - in cases I tried to find a specific kind of service or establishment, if I ended up being successful it's due to my tenacity, definitely not thanks to this app. Horrible, needs to be fixed asap by someone who actually knows anything about a user friendly design.

Everything was OK until a few weeks ago. Previously, I was able to order some voucher and immediately see the PDF document in my transactions, so I could open it and copy the voucher code easily. As of recently, PDF documents are not visible in transactions anymore. I asked support why, was only told "technical reasons, don't know more" . That's interesting, it was possible for the past few years. Benefit Plus is going backwards, such a shame... Also appalling how uninformed people at info are.
