I'm having a great experience so far. I've set up my shop, it was not complicated. I navigated easily and if at any point I was having any difficulty, their very friendly staff was always willing to assist at anytime.The app is free.There is no hidden subscription fee after downloading. Any small business owner who wants to have an online shop can use this App. They can create their shop and send their customers to buy through the app. It is easily accessible to everyone. I'm very happy with it.

This app is useless. It says it is free but immediately a page pops up which says I must load my banking details and that first week is free and they will then deduct a big amount from my bank account. So I can't locate the page of that video thing to cancel the subscription on your app I will just have to pay until I gind out howto insubscribe. It's unfair.

Useless. After giving all my personal details and copies of ID, bank statement etc, I set up my store. However, store is not visible and does not appear in searches. Product uploaded, also does not appear in search results. What is the point of an invisible store and invisible products? App is a good idea but needs loads of work and far better implementation. Also, forcing customers to use your own wallet credits will chase away most customers. Add proper payment methods such as credit card etc
