I'm having a great experience so far. I've set up my shop, it was not complicated. I navigated easily and if at any point I was having any difficulty, their very friendly staff was always willing to assist at anytime.The app is free.There is no hidden subscription fee after downloading. Any small business owner who wants to have an online shop can use this App. They can create their shop and send their customers to buy through the app. It is easily accessible to everyone. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent App and platform I Love. But, for months I personally made recommendations, although they somewhat support SA, no payment method was enabled. Eventually, after months, it was but SA not supported such as EFT, redering the brilliance useless!. And if you do... your free version typically becomes Paid. So sad. Even their poor sharing to social media I recommend ended up in paid version. For six months I worked with them, believing it is a brilliant platform. And it is/could be.

We are small business owners, we are already struggling to making it work for us. All we ask for is a online shop that is hassle free. Have tried many and there is always something wrong. This one loads forever. Asks way too many personal questions that I feel is unnecessary. It gives you a skip option but refuses to skip. And what is up with the upload of personal documents????? I'm sure it would have been a amazing app. But I guess my search continues
