Whenever you download videos it automatically disappear after some days. Very disgusting and disappointing. Very poor service. They don't want anyone to download videos. Their downloading system is very disappointing. Even after complaining so many times they don't bothered to solve this issue. Student is downloading videos after spending lots of data but after some days downloaded videos are removed by this app. Their admin is not interested in solving this problem. Very bad App.

The faculties are awesome but the app is not working properly after the new update. The app is working very slow. I have already uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but it's still working slowly and i'm unable to see the video lectures. Kindly tell me what should I do now? The wi-fi speed is also high still it's not working.

The teaching staff is perfect. I love all the teachers of this coaching. But this app is one of the worst app i have ever come across. I have a broadband connectivity with 55-65 mb/s of speed but I literally can't use this app without buffering for like 2 mins. After every 2 mins the video starts buffering . It's seriously irritating. Moreover the downloaded videos also have bugs. They are also not running smoothly. I request KGS. Team to please fix this problem ASAP.
