Recently this app has been extremely disappointing. It crashes constantly and keeps showing the "Close app" error every time I try to open it. I downloaded around 20 videos and even cleared other files just to make space. But now, none of the videos are opening, and I can't even access the 'Contact Us' option to report the issue that crashes too! I had high hopes for this app, but it has become unusable. I request you to fix these bugs immediately...

the platform is nice, the teachers are amazing. I just don't like how they frequently log you out. It's quite inconvenient to log in again again when it's not even been that long. Even in the app or on the website, it's the same problem. Please extend the period just because I'm using pw on laptop (web) doesn't mean you have to log me out of other devices for not being that active since i also use them too from time to time.

When I watch lectures on the PW app in full-screen mode, the status bar (showing battery, time, Bluetooth, etc.) and the navigation bar (the 3 buttons at the bottom like Back, Home, and Recent) get stuck and remain visible on the screen. Even after exiting the notification panel or returning to the video, these bars stay on top of the lecture screen instead of disappearing as they normally should in full-screen mode.
