The teachers are really good, but there are some issues like the course which I have purchased I have to locate it, it should be a little more convenient to access my practice material, lectures and tests. Also, most of the time the app doesn't open on Wi-Fi, I have to switch to Mobile Data to open the app. And this is a serious issue because if I'm not able to open the app, how would I use it? Fix it and I will rate it 5 stars.

I have been a regular user of PW app for the past 3 years, and I truly appreciate the quality of teaching and content provided. The app has always been helpful in my preparation. However, for the past 2–3 weeks, the app has been facing major performance issues. It’s lagging a lot, the playback speed option doesn’t respond properly, the stop button doesn’t work, and the priority option is also not functioning. Even after closing the app, my screen sometimes freezes or remains stuck.

The content is good, but the Community section is distracting. It should be optional or have a way to disable it. Many users post irrelevant stuff that breaks focus. Also, the app has too many glitches – videos crash, quizzes don’t load, and the app lags sometimes. Please fix these issues and make the app smoother for serious students. Focus should be on studies, not distractions.
