I'm giving it 3 stars because... firstly, it has a lot of bugs..., every time i start my lecture it doesn't count xp's... I have to go back and confirm if my xp is increasing or not and secondly I cannot see the completion or progress %age of a particular subject like before, it was really very helpful for students like us to monitor our backlogs or progress... please resolve it!!!

The app has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a batch that included hard copy books, and it has been 20 days since I placed the order, yet it hasn’t even been shipped. When I contacted customer support, they said the books were out of stock. However, when I checked the PW Store, it showed the same books as in stock and even asked for payment again to place a new order. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service.

It is an incredible platform for Jee exam with a strong faculty of teachers and amazing features such as regular tests, doubt solving, study material and many more.. However, I am not satisfied with the exp calculation part. Even after watching 2 hr lecture sometimes exp does not change. Moreover, the streak is not in sync due to some glitch.
