Ratings and reviews

The teachers are really good, but there are some issues like the course which I have purchased I have to locate it, it should be a little more convenient to access my practice material, lectures and tests. Also, most of the time the app doesn't open on Wi-Fi, I have to switch to Mobile Data to open the app. And this is a serious issue because if I'm not able to open the app, how would I use it? Fix it and I will rate it 5 stars.

It is one of the best apps for studies, but recently, I've been having problem with the library, there are no notes that used to be there, and when I try to contact the support, it says "ticket can't be raised", also the handwritten notes that are supposed to come with the paid batch are only for one chapter, it used to have for all chapters, Education: five stars, Customer Support: one star

I really like the app, but I have faced an issue a few times. While watching lectures, the app suddenly logged me out. After logging in again, the XP and streak for the portion I had already watched were not counted. Only the remaining part of the lecture gave XP. Please fix this bug so that progress, XP, and streaks are tracked properly without interruption.
