On 14/10/25, I had ordered two books from the pw store section and already had paid for it online, but had to cancel right after because of some misinterpretations of the books. It showed the paid amount would have been refunded within 5-7 days. But soon after, it was shown as "Refunded", yet when it wasn't in real. Now, it's still showing as "Refunded", whereas the amount hasn't been credited to the bank account. I urge the pw team to look into this issue, and resolve it promptly.

The app and coaching are really amazing. I had a small suggestion, it would be very helpful if we could stay logged in on two devices (like a tablet and a phone). I study on my tablet most of the time but use my phone while commuting to work, and switching logins each time is a bit inconvenient. I understand there may be reasons for the current setup, but I’d really appreciate it if you could consider this. Thank You :)

Everything is good about this app , teachers and their teaching method is very effective but I had ordered a set of books from this app and 1 book is missing from the set and my matter is still not resolved. Now how am I supposed to get the book also the delivery was very late about 20-25 days later I got The book set with one missing book .🙍🙍
