Ratings and reviews

The teachers are really good, but there are some issues like the course which I have purchased I have to locate it, it should be a little more convenient to access my practice material, lectures and tests. Also, most of the time the app doesn't open on Wi-Fi, I have to switch to Mobile Data to open the app. And this is a serious issue because if I'm not able to open the app, how would I use it? Fix it and I will rate it 5 stars.

Recently this app has been extremely disappointing 😔. It crashes constantly and keeps showing the "Close app" error every time I try to open it. As I can't purchase new batch I downloaded around 80 videos and even cleared other files just to make space. But now, none of the videos are opening, and I can't even access the 'Contact Us' option to report the issue — that crashes too! I had high hopes for this app, but it has become unusable. I request you to fix these bugs immediately...

The latest update of the PW app is quite disappointing. In the previous version, there was a very useful feature that allowed us to view attachments/PDFs simultaneously while watching recorded lectures. This made studying much more convenient and efficient. Unfortunately, that feature is now missing. I sincerely request the PW technical team to consider bringing it back in future updates.
