ProofMi is the short-term rental inspection app. The only app purpose-built for Airbnb and VRBO host inspections — not a generic timestamp tool repurposed.

WHAT MAKES PROOFMI DIFFERENT

• NOTARIZED AT CAPTURE. A neutral third-party service signs every photo the instant you take it. Anyone can independently verify time, location, and that the photo hasn't been edited since. Other apps let you print a date on your own photo. ProofMi is the witness.

• AI-FAKE-PROOF BY ARCHITECTURE. Live capture only. No uploading photos from your camera roll. Every photo is cryptographically signed at the moment of capture and stored immutably. AI-generated photos structurally cannot get in.

• BOTH HOST AND GUEST SIGN. The only inspection app with built-in bilateral co-signing. Host documents condition, sends a link, guest reviews and signs — no app install needed for the guest. When both parties have agreed on record, there is nothing to dispute.
