ProofMi is the rental inspection app for both short-term hosts and long-term landlords. Purpose-built for the job — Airbnb and VRBO turnovers, and move-in/move-out documentation for long-term rentals — not a generic timestamp tool repurposed.

WHAT MAKES PROOFMI DIFFERENT
• NOTARIZED AT CAPTURE. A neutral third-party service signs every photo the instant you take it. Anyone can independently verify time, location, and that the photo hasn't been edited since. Other apps let you print a date on your own photo. ProofMi is the witness.
• VERIFIED VS. UPLOADED, LABELED HONESTLY. Photos captured live in the app are locked the instant you take them and earn the Verified seal — AI-generated photos can't get in there. Add photos or video from your library too, and they're always labeled Uploaded by user, never Verified, so anyone checking the record can tell which is which.
