Type on your iPhone, iPad or Mac with your phone. Two Thumbs turns an Android phone into a Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad. Hold it sideways to type with both thumbs, or upright for a phone-style keyboard, under a trackpad with Pro. The other device needs no app.

KEYBOARD
• A full keyboard with a number row, esc and tab. For an Apple host the modifier keys wear Apple's symbols: ⇧ ⌃ ⌥ ⌘
• Sideways, full, or split with Two Thumbs Pro; move a key across the split in Settings
• Shift, ctrl, opt and cmd stay latched for the next key; tap shift twice to lock capitals
• Korean input: the 🌐 key sends the host's English/Korean switch shortcut, and the keys show Hangul
• One key each opens the arrow keys, your shortcuts (⌘C, ⇧⌘4…) and your macros, text typed with one tap

MORE PANELS
• 123: a number pad with esc, ← and →
• Media: play/pause, previous, next, stop, mute, volume, brightness and seek (the playing app decides how far)

Two Thumbs Pro is one purchase and adds:
• The trackpad beside the keys: above the keyboard when upright, between the halves of a wide split, and above the keys on a large screen
• The split keyboard, half the keys for each thumb
• Typed text: the last characters sent to the host, to catch typos; the host may show them differently
• Up to 10 hosts, switched with a tap
• Up to 100 shortcuts and 100 macros; ⇧ keeps them open to send several in a row
• Send text: write or paste up to 5,000 characters on the phone, and Two Thumbs sends them to the host as keys
• All five key sounds, all seven lighting effects, Rainbow and ten colors
• Staying connected for up to 30 minutes after you leave the app

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No internet permission, no account, no ads. What you type goes over Bluetooth to the host you connected, and nowhere else.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Two Thumbs sends standard Bluetooth HID keys and pointer moves; the Bluetooth link, the host and the app receiving the input decide how they land, so some may not work as expected.
• For iPhone, iPad and Mac hosts. Windows and Android hosts are experimental; for another system, such as Linux, pick Windows or Android.
• The keys follow a US English keyboard and 2-Set Korean: set the host's keyboards to match.
• On iPhone, iPad and Mac, 🌐 switches languages with Caps Lock. On a Mac, turn on "Use the Caps Lock key to switch to and from ABC" in its keyboard settings.
• On an iPhone the trackpad needs AssistiveTouch: Settings › Accessibility › Touch › AssistiveTouch.
• For phones, foldables and tablets. Needs Android 12 or later and Bluetooth Low Energy.
• The host lists your phone under its own Bluetooth name, not as Two Thumbs.
• If Two Thumbs is updated or closed from the recent apps while a host is connected, turn Bluetooth off and on on that host once, then connect again.

What’s new

• Drag from the arrow key to send arrows without opening the panel: flick for one, hold for more.
• Sideways, ⚡ shortcuts and ≡ macros show two to a row, in Settings too.
• Typed text has seven equal slots, with icons for shortcuts, macros and Send text.
• On an Android host, 🌐 sends Ctrl+Space instead of Right Alt.
• Connect no longer stays stuck after a dropped link, a classic Bluetooth link no longer means removing the host, and a removed host can be added right back.
