Ratings and reviews

The app can be super slow to load and/or freezes up often. It also uses a lot of battery! There's no way to hide challenges that you can't participate in, or ones that aren't relevant to you. Notifications don't work properly either. The new verification of your actions system (through Vouch) gets stuck on the main screen and won't verify your Insta. activity. PLEASE fix the scale of the app for when you're typing an answer! I can't see what I wrote bec. the box is covered by the keyboard.

I've been using the app for quite a while now. Unfortunately, they updated their feed and it seems to have had an impact on the application. It keeps crashing and is making it difficult for me to use it. I would have given it 5 stars previously, but now I have to knock it down to 3. If I'm really fast, I can do the activity, but usually I have a hard time finding it in between everything.

I've used the app for a while now and noticed coin redemption is difficult/misleading. I saved up my coins thinking I could get a free item but many brands have redemption limits as low as $17.50. I have the most trouble with Bubble who doesn't recognize my TYB status at checkout and I can't redeem 50% off even though I'm at level 3. I emailed TYB support 2 weeks ago about the first issue (before i realized the second) and didn't get a response. The notifications still don't work at all either
