Ratings and reviews

They fixed it so that the keyboard doesn't block what you're typing any longer, but the app can be slow to load and/or freezes up. It also uses a lot of battery! There's no way to hide challenges that you can't participate in, or ones that aren't relevant to you, which means that they're in the way and get in the way of anything that you actually want to see (i.e. like what's expiring for challenges). Notifications don't work properly either.

I've used the app for a while now and noticed coin redemption is difficult/misleading. I saved up my coins thinking I could get a free item but many brands have redemption limits as low as $17.50. I have the most trouble with Bubble who doesn't recognize my TYB status at checkout and I can't redeem 50% off even though I'm at level 3. I emailed TYB support 2 weeks ago about the first issue (before i realized the second) and didn't get a response. The notifications still don't work at all either

This seriously takes so much guesswork out of working with brands. I've used similar apps/sites but tyb has a better sense of community than the many I've used. It also feels far more approachable and less standoffish than a lot of "normal" Brand interactions. It makes it easy to earn with brands & use those coins for major discounts, free stuff & special sales. I know this sounds too good to be true but the only issue I've had is putting a limit on myself on how many brands I join so I keep up.
