Yaldi Rent a Car was good before, but yesterday I received a car that was not clean and not in good condition. Also, the car turned off automatically 2 times while driving. Please check and maintain the cars properly sometimes. Thank you.

Unreliable customer care and non-existent emergency assistance. The car I rented was poorly maintained with a faulty fuel gauge, and I ran out of fuel just 40 minutes into the ride. The emergency assistance line was unhelpful, and the app was buggy — it wouldn't let me close out the ride even after I refuelled myself and got home. As a result, I was charged for a full day's rental instead of my actual 40-minute trip.

Horrible app and company. They ask to top up the wallet to the account which IS NOT refundable, very hard to navigate through the app. The car that I booked had no key inside, so I couldn't start the car. Called customer support, no one picked it up. Only through the waap number someone responded, "It's fine, find another car". They don't care, if that's the policy and vision of the company, I'm happy that I will not use them, as I can just imagine if something serious happens. SCAM
