Extremely poor service and fleet maintenance. The cars are covered in scratches and clearly not being serviced or checked by the company. I picked up a vehicle with completely empty fuel and the corporate fuel tag failed. I had to pay out of my own pocket to refuel it. I emailed my petrol receipt days ago and called support, but I am still being passed around to the 'concerned authority' without a refund. Terribly managed app and poorly maintained cars. Do not trust them with your money."

Don't suggest using this app because they will charge you 200aed for the scratch which they called damage you haven't done. When you call they said they have insurance but they charge customers for scratches, how dumb it sounds. This app has the option to upload pictures when you end the ride but only one picture you can take so they can charge you for where the picture is not showing. So better use Udrive or Drigo.

Yaldi Rent a Car was good before, but yesterday I received a car that was not clean and not in good condition. Also, the car turned off automatically 2 times while driving. Please check and maintain the cars properly sometimes. Thank you.
