By far the best example of how pathetic govt apps can be. For every single option, it redirects to the main DHBVN website which is an ordeal in itself. It almost seems as if the developer doesn't know what an app is supposed to do. This app should be banned for having the worst UI/UX or maybe used as an example on how NOT to create an app.

The application is good but the detailed bill description e.g. Unit consumed , Electricity charges,FSA , Muncipal Charges etc. Should be shown in view bill so that I may check detailed bill before payment. Rest is very nice

It's a worst app becuz it's only give you the payment options for your bill, I downloaded this app to know when wil our electricity came in but just as I mentioned above that it's give only payment option
