ZipValid allows users to capture or select images from their device and upload them as part of the app’s core functionality.

ZipValid is an application which allows to validate the customer account before submitting the mandate for NPCI registration. This app is available on Android.

ZipValid works on cellphone’s Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to let you validate to customer’s account.

There is no subscription fee to use ZipValid.
What all you have to do is, input ‘Reference Number’ which shall further gives you an option to choose among ‘Validation’ & ‘Without Validation’ as required.
Select ‘Without Validation’ in case you have no details of customer account else you can use ‘Validation’ option.

Once an option is selected ZipValid shall ask for capturing a mandate picture following upload of the same.

If you have selected ‘Validation’ option, other information such as Account Number, Account Type, Bank IFSC & Account Holder Name shall be required to specify.
