I am really pissed with this App 😡😡😡 this is the 3rd time I am re-downloading it and have to reset my entire profile because the App just decides not to work and when you phone head office they can't assist if you have two simcards on your phone because the system does not know which system to detect as your mobile banking number🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️when you go to the branch,the system is down.Im really sick of this,I'm even thinking of switching banks because woow!!!

The fact that this app is frequently not able to open and I struggle to tansact is a big no for me. In fact your online banking is way better than this horrrible app. This App is slow, doesn't connect/open most of the time.. Did you do beta on this app, was it tested or it was just rushed? No ways can this App been properly developed.

What a horrible app, I had to deactivate this App from my phone then it was much harder to reactivate it! It does not recognize my cell number, email adress,pin, username etc....My gosh what a misery.Now I have to go into an branch to activate this app again!!! How in heavens name!? I did install this app in the first place with the very same personal info that is rejected now!!!?
